Privacy policy
Effective October 14, 2026. This policy covers Pelleum Corporation ("Pelleum", "we") and the services we run, including Magesta Omni, Magesta Core, Magestrator and Synnibarr Online, and the phone and text messaging we provide for the businesses that use Magesta Core.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number and business details.
- What you create or upload in our services, and settings you choose.
- For businesses using Magesta Core: the information they enter about their own customers, which they control and which we process on their behalf.
- Basic technical data needed to run the services securely, such as sign-in times and error reports.
How we use it
To provide and secure the services, to support you, to bill for paid plans, and to improve the services. We do not sell personal information.
Text messages and phone numbers
Businesses using Magesta Core may send text messages, such as appointment reminders and replies, from their business number through our platform, only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the carriers and messaging providers needed to deliver the messages.
Health information
When a clinic uses Magesta Omni EHR, patient health information belongs to the clinic. We process it only to provide the service to that clinic, under a business associate agreement, and never use it for marketing.
Who we share with
Service providers that help us run the services (for example cloud hosting, phone and messaging carriers, payment processors and email delivery), under contracts that limit their use of the data; and authorities when the law requires it.
Security and retention
We protect data with encryption, access controls and audit logs, and keep it only as long as needed to provide the services or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. Customers of a business that uses Magesta Core should contact that business first.
